Veolia Servicios LECAM, in its energy services division, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the facilities maintenance sector in Alicante.

What you'll do

Their main duties will be:

- Manage databases.
- Handle invoicing and basic accounting.
- Manage orders and suppliers.
- Provide support in general administrative tasks.
- Use office automation tools.
- Monitor and follow up on procedures.
- Provide internal and external customer service.
- Manage digital and physical files.
- Coordinate with other departments.
