- Apoyar a la Jefatura de Recepción en la organización, dirección y control de las actividades administrativas y financiero-operativas del departamento.
- Gestionar el booking y el overbooking, velando por una correcta ocupación y coordinación operativa.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos del departamento y de los estándares de calidad de Vincci Hoteles.
- Elaborar los turnos semanales del personal en ausencia de la Jefatura de Recepción o cuando esta lo requiera.
- Supervisar el control de facturación y la correcta aplicación de los procesos asociados.
- Revisar las atenciones destinadas a clientes VIP.
- Participar en la formación, acompañamiento y desarrollo del equipo a cargo.
