The role
At Vincci Hoteles we are looking to hire a Bellhop for our hotel Vincci Larios Diez 4*, a person oriented towards service, with attention to detail and a vocation for offering an excellent experience to our guests from their arrival until their departure.
What you'll do

What you'll do
- Dar la bienvenida y prestar atención al huésped en todo momento.
- Gestionar, controlar, almacenar y trasladar el equipaje de los huéspedes en las instalaciones del hotel y en los accesos al establecimiento.
- Atender y canalizar las peticiones de información de los huéspedes con amabilidad y eficacia.
- Apoyar en la conserjería y en la gestión de llamadas entrantes.

- Vigilar las instalaciones, equipos y materiales del establecimiento, informando de cualquier incidencia.
