• Consolidated experience in food and beverage management, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Leadership skills and the ability to make effective decisions.
• Customer orientation and professional handling of complex situations.
• Ability to plan and execute commercial and promotional strategies.
• Solid knowledge of budget control and inventory management.
• Proactivity and skills to foster a harmonious and motivating work environment.
• Advanced level of English.

• Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para tomar decisiones efectivas.
• Orientación al cliente y manejo profesional de situaciones complejas.
• Capacidad para planificar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales y promocionales.
• Conocimientos sólidos en control presupuestario y gestión de inventarios.
