The role

Our office in the center of Madrid is expanding and we are looking for a French-speaking Sales Representative.

As a Sales Representative / Training Advisor at Walter Learning, you will contribute directly to the company's growth by participating in the business development of our training offers.
Your mission is to identify, convince, and support our prospects by relying on a structured sales organization, high-performance tools, and clear objectives.

Your activity is fully part of a sales role, centered on telephone sales. You will intervene throughout the entire sales cycle, adapting to the interlocutors and the relevant offer (Healthcare or general training, or work-study programs), and possibly afterwards to ensure follow-up and the completion of our learners' training journeys.

What you'll do

Qualify and process leads (inbound or via targeted prospecting campaigns);
Understand the needs of prospects (individuals, healthcare professionals, companies, etc.);
Present our training offers in a clear, convincing, and personalized manner using sales scripts and instructions;
Support the purchasing decision, including administrative and financing aspects;
Ensure learner engagement until the end of their training journey and guarantee their satisfaction;
Use the available sales tools daily (CRM, telephony…);
Achieve monthly revenue and performance objectives.

The position is exclusively in French.
