What you'll get

  • We have a concrete internal promotion policy and a defined career path for our sales teams. Joining this project means having the opportunity to progress professionally by taking on ever greater and more varied challenges: evolution towards another sales process, management, another department, another country…
  • We offer 35-hour permanent contracts (CDI) and are committed to promoting the work-life balance of our employees
  • Our teams are very diverse, essentially from a professional standpoint (instructional design, audiovisual production, IT dev, remote sales, marketing, etc.). At the intersection between a tech company and a production house, you will be able to discover different professions at Walter Learning.
  • Walter Learning is present in several major urban centers, in modern and always very well-located offices.
  • We offer all our employees unlimited access to our entire training catalog

The role

Our Marseille office is expanding and we are looking for someone to join our Admission and Placement  team. Thanks to a portfolio of prospects and learners assigned to you, your goal will be to support them, from enrollment in their training to the end of their journey at Walter. This involves proactive and close support for our learners.

Our target audiences—your future interlocutors—are students wishing to train, retrain, or upskill in new areas. In practice, our tech team has optimized most of our processes and tools so that you can focus on the essentials: supporting our learners. This implies quickly becoming an expert in all our products and the issues frequently encountered by our learners, to respond effectively and thus ensure an exceptional learning experience for our community.

You will thus be at the heart of the action, representing Walter Learning.

In other words, you will take on a coaching role for our learners, and your main missions as Admission and Placement Manager will be:

What you'll do

  • To actively contribute to the processing and selection of our learners' files: interviews, tests, …
  • To work in a pair with the Corporate Relations sales team to promote and accelerate candidate placement
  • To present potential candidates to the Corporate Relations Managers to match our students' applications with the requirements of our partners/companies
  • To be a true coach for your interlocutors, guiding them in writing their CV, their LinkedIn profile, in their company search, and preparing them for interviews with company recruiters, via individual and/or group virtual workshops
  • To follow the commercial processes for candidate admission and student enrollment
  • To prepare the administrative file in collaboration with the learner and the company

The missions and responsibilities indicated below are neither exhaustive nor definitive.
