In the WOW Planning team, we work to ensure that every product is in the right size, store, and channel at the right time. We are looking for someone eager to learn the craft of demand planning in retail from the inside, with real guidance from day one.

You are currently pursuing an official degree or master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, which allows you to sign an internship agreement.

You are proficient with Excel: pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and formulas do not scare you.

You are detail-oriented and like it when the numbers add up.

You are curious to understand how a retail business works.

You have a B2 level of English.

You do not need previous experience. If you have already used AI tools, Power BI, Shopify, or Odoo, that is a plus; if not, you will learn with us.

How data is prepared for seasonal buying and how a buying budget (OTB) is tracked.

How stockouts and excess stock are detected and how replenishments are calculated.

Preparing the weekly sales and stock reporting for various categories.

Finding ways to simplify tasks using Excel and artificial intelligence.

A 6-month learning plan with monthly follow-ups from your tutor.

A cross-functional vision of various categories within a unique multi-brand phygital retail in Madrid.

Financial assistance for studies during the internship.

Possibility of continuing with us upon completion, if there is a vacancy.
