Real responsibility over your files and space to grow as Zenova grows.
The role
At Zenova, we have spent years ensuring that new construction projects get power on time. We manage electrical connections for developers and construction companies from start to finish: from the moment the file is opened with the distributor until the installation is commissioned.
We are looking for someone with a technical background in electricity who wants to learn the trade of processing and manage their own files. You do not need to have worked with distributors before: we will teach you.
What you'll do
In the office
Open and process files with the distributor (i-DE, UFD...): new supplies, power increases, and modifications.
Prepare and review the technical and administrative documentation for each file.
Respond to requirements and corrections, and follow up until the file is resolved.
Keep the status of your files up to date in our tools.
With clients, installers, and distributors
Be the point of contact between everyone: request what is missing, explain the status of each procedure, and unblock delays.
On-site
Visit construction sites to verify that the installation is ready and complies with the distributor's requirements.
Detect what might hinder commissioning and coordinate with the installer on how to resolve it.
Hiring process
Chat with People (30 min) to get to know each other and tell you about the position.
Practical case with the team regarding a real file, to see how you organize yourself.
