We are looking for an Area Director - Business Specialist - Large Brokers - Madrid to join the DT Madrid Territorial Management team. Your main objective will be to lead and manage the team of Business Managers assigned to your area, under criteria of growth and profitability. You must execute the Sales and Distribution Plan in your area, leveraging the commercial levers at your disposal and successfully implementing the agreed strategic initiatives.

Your day-to-day will consist of:

• Management of the assigned business managers, guaranteeing the profitable growth of the business in Madrid.
• Create value propositions based on the identification of new business opportunities.
• Acquisition and development of intermediaries, with a focus on meeting the assigned business objectives.
• Provide a comprehensive vision of the business, detecting opportunities for its development, while staying up to date with new market needs and competitors in the area.
• Drive ideas to boost this development, energizing and motivating the intermediary network, and executing initiatives to reach the set objectives.
• Lead and inspire an assigned sales team by establishing the organization's objectives and performing constant monitoring to achieve them.
