Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, ADE, Actuarial Sciences or similar.
Proven experience in commercial positions in life insurance or within the insurance broker and consultant channel.
Knowledge of the insurance business in the areas of Life, Savings, and Corporate Social Welfare.
Knowledge of how employment pension plans and/or pension funds work.
Good level of English.
Leadership skills.
Organizational mindset, systematic approach, and continuous improvement of commercial activity.
Analytical skills for activity tracking, pipeline, and results.
Strong customer and results orientation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Rigor, organizational skills, and prioritization.

The role

From the Corporate and Institutional Commercial Division, we need to hire a Junior Account Executive, based in MADRID

Your mission will be to develop and manage the client portfolio in the life insurance segment, driving new business acquisition and the maintenance of the existing portfolio.

You will be responsible for leading, in a coordinated manner, the complete commercial cycle (identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing), ensuring the correct execution of processes and alignment with the internal departments involved.

You will also play an active role in managing pension plans and pension

Contribute to the profitable and sustainable growth of the Corporate and Institutional business through the consolidation of strategic relationships with brokers and consultants, and the continuous improvement of commercial activity.

The main objectives of the position are:

Drive business generation and portfolio development within its scope of action.
Coordinate the different internal and external stakeholders involved in commercial activity.
Ensure the correct implementation of the commercial system and best practices.
Promote operational efficiency through the monitoring and control of activity and opportunities.
Participate in cross-cutting projects and initiatives of the Commercial Management.
