  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
  • Are eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university.
  • Have a genuine interest in Human Resources and Labor Relations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Show attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Languages

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.

What you'll do

As an HR Labor Relations Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Labor Relations team in daily employee relations activities and HR operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of employment documentation, policies, and internal communications.
  • Participate in the analysis and monitoring of labour legislation
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings with employee representatives and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on projects related to employee experience, labour relations & compensation.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and maintenance of HR records and documentation.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR teams.
  • Gain exposure to labour relations topics in a multinational environment.
  • Support day-to-day HR administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, contract amendments, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of employee documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and external stakeholders to support employee hires, terminations, employment changes, and other labour-related processes.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and support administrative processes related to contracts, absences, and employment status changes.
