Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial planning, production, operations, or project management within industrial environments.
Experience in production monitoring, workload control, resource analysis, deadline tracking, and preparation of management indicators.
Minimum B2 level of English for interaction with international customers, maintenance centers, and technical visits.

Nice to have

Knowledge and proficiency in tools such as SAP, Teamcenter, and Excel will be valued.
We will especially value experience in industrial sectors such as railway, aerospace, defense, or automotive, as well as complex manufacturing environments.

The role

What you'll do

You will join the Industrial Planning area at our Las Matas site in Madrid, forming part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring compliance with production and maintenance plans committed to our national and international customers.

Your mission will be to coordinate and supervise the planning of site activities, ensuring the correct allocation of resources, compliance with established deadlines, and optimization of production-related costs.

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

Prepare and maintain the site's industrial planning based on project requirements, ensuring compliance with commitments made to customers.
Analyze resource, material, and workload needs derived from planning, coordinating closely with Engineering and other production sites.
Monitor the progress of tasks in the workshop, identifying deviations, risks, or delays, and proposing actions to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
Carry out cost control and analysis associated with labor hours, resources, and inventories, providing visibility into activity performance.
Prepare reports and management indicators (KPIs) for Management related to production progress, planning compliance, hour consumption, and inventories.
