What we're looking for

You have university training in Law or a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration, with a solid legal foundation and an interest in growing professionally within the corporate legal field.

You bring at least two years of experience in a law firm or a legal consultancy, where you have been able to develop legal judgment and a practical vision of the application of law to business.
Nice to have

If you have completed the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession, we will value it positively, as well as any specialization training in corporate or commercial law (contractual, intellectual property, data protection, legaltech, compliance, etc.).

The role

You will join the legal team with the mission of providing support in comprehensive and proactive legal advice, contributing to ensuring regulatory compliance and the legal protection of the company's interests.
You will accompany the business in day-to-day decision-making, participating in the identification and prevention of risks and contributing to generating sustainable value, always from a culture of responsibility and integrity.
What you'll do

You will provide support in the review and updating of contract models, templates, and other legal documentation, ensuring their consistency and constant updating.

You will draft, review, and monitor contracts, agreements, and legal settlements with suppliers, clients, distributors, and other company stakeholders.

You will be in charge of the management, registration, and organization of legal documentation, driving digitalization and ensuring efficient information management.

You will provide support in the monitoring and legal management of judicial proceedings, requirements, and claims, in coordination with internal and external interlocutors.

You will keep legal documentation records, contracts, and judicial proceedings updated, preparing control and monitoring documents.

You will collaborate in the drafting and updating of internal procedures for the legal area, contributing to structuring and improving processes.

You will structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents, ensuring clarity, rigor, and alignment with the business.

You will perform specific legal research, including case law and applicable regulations, to support the company's decision-making.

You will provide support in the identification of regulatory compliance risks, in regulatory monitoring of the sector, and in the development of Compliance procedures and measures.

You will collaborate on cross-functional projects with different business areas, providing your legal vision and contributing to solutions aligned with the company's objectives.
