What we're looking for

  • Patient & Empathetic Communicator: You understand that visa processes can be stressful for students. You are a reassuring voice who breaks down dense legal jargon into simple, comforting, actionable steps.

  • Meticulously Detail-Oriented: You get satisfaction from catching a tiny typo on a form, or a risky clause in a contract, before it becomes a weeks-long problem.

  • Risk-Aware & Compliance-Minded: You naturally spot where a process, contract, or arrangement could expose students or the company, and you raise it early with a clear recommendation.

  • Culturally Agile & Cool Under Pressure: You love interacting with people from all over the world and stay grounded and solution-oriented when consulates change rules on tight timelines.

  • Master of Follow-Up: You don't wait for things to go wrong. You are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing a large portfolio of students and compliance tasks concurrently.

  • Professional, positive, and respectful communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prompt responses, adhering to our internal communication and follow-up standards.

  • Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills to meet strict operational and visa deadlines.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in student visa coordination, international student services, immigration compliance, or a related legal/contracts role.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or legal background preferred.

  • Languages: Full fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages relevant to our program hubs are a plus.

  • Tech & Risk Management: Strong proficiency in CRM data management, risk assessment, and tracking operational workflows.

  • Mindset: Student-centric, proactive, highly adaptable, and committed to protecting both the student experience and organizational compliance.

Nice to have

  • Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of student visa processes and labor regulations in major global destinations. A background in law, international relations, or compliance is a strong plus.
