Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related areas.
Previous experience of approximately 1-2 years in administrative functions related to Compliance, Legal, regulatory environments, document management, AML, or corporate support.
High level of English, both written and spoken (international work environment).
Good command of office tools and ability to work with document and regulatory management platforms.
Organized, methodical profile with attention to detail.
Adaptability and versatility to work on different support tasks.
Proactivity and autonomy in daily work management.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Interest in developing in international environments and areas linked to compliance and regulation.
Ability to regularly handle documentation in English.

Nice to have

Specific training as a Compliance Technician will be valued.
Experience in financial entities, credit companies, consulting, Big Four, or legal and regulatory compliance departments will be especially valued.
No specific legal specialization is required, although knowledge or interest in compliance and regulatory management will be valued.
Possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% (will be valued).

The role

Marlex People is selecting for an important multinational in the automotive financial sector a Junior Compliance & Provider Management Technician to provide support to the Compliance and provider management area, in an international, dynamic, and highly transversal environment.

We are looking for an organized, versatile junior person with a good level of English, interested in developing in functions linked to compliance, legal, anti-money laundering (AML), or financial and credit environments, document management, provider coordination, and regulatory support.

This is an excellent opportunity for junior profiles with an administrative orientation and adaptability skills, who want to develop their professional career in the field of regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance and Provider Management area, collaborating in the document and regulatory management of the department.
Manage, review, and keep updated contractual documentation, internal regulations, and documentation related to providers.
Perform monitoring of internal controls and update information in compliance and regulatory management tools.
Support tasks linked to regulatory compliance, data protection, and anti-money laundering (AML), collaborating in the maintenance of internal records and procedures.
Adapt and update local regulations based on international corporate guidelines, including documentation in English.
Collaborate in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefings for internal teams and central services.
Provide support in projects and initiatives of the area, interacting with different departments and international teams.
