What we're looking for
- Between 2 and 3 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
- Experience in the administration and support of enterprise technological infrastructures.
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience in corporate network administration.
- Experience in Cloud environments.
- Experience using automation tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices in IT infrastructures.

The role
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations professional to join our team in Madrid. You will have the opportunity to participate in the management and evolution of enterprise technological infrastructures, contributing to the stability, security, and continuous improvement of technological services.
What you'll do
- Administer and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) platforms for software distribution, patch management, and device administration.
- Monitor the performance of the technological infrastructure and execute preventive actions to guarantee service availability.
- Implement operational improvements oriented towards automation, efficiency, and service quality.
- Collaborate with systems, networks, and support teams for incident resolution and the optimization of corporate infrastructure.
- Manage the daily operation of IT infrastructures, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on endpoint management platforms.
- Analyze technical incidents, identify root causes, and apply corrective measures.
- Participate in technological improvement projects related to device management, automation, and the modernization of corporate environments.
- Apply security and compliance best practices in systems administration.
- Prepare technical documentation and operating procedures associated with the infrastructure.
How you'll work
The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
