• Lead Supply Chain transformation projects for clients in the Automotive sector, structuring end-to-end initiatives and combining business, operations, and technological capabilities.
• Identify and originate transformation opportunities within automotive clients, developing Supply Chain & Engineering proposals and solutions aligned with their business priorities.
• Build and develop relationships with clients and mobilize specialists across different offerings, industries, and geographies, working within a matrix organization.
• Drive the development of new Supply Chain capabilities and solutions, incorporating AI and technology when they add value to the client's transformation. The briefing identifies the technological component and interest in AI as desirable elements.
• Lead the definition and execution of Supply Chain transformation programs in the Automotive sector.
• Develop business and increase client penetration through the identification, qualification, and evolution of new opportunities; the briefing establishes that the Senior Manager must combine delivery with commercial activity.
