What you'll do
- Individualized follow-up of each inquiry, anticipating possible incidents and periodically informing each student of the status of their inquiries.
- Intermediation in student procedures with the Academic Secretariat, Enrollment, and Finance Departments.
- Basic assistance in the use of platforms and reporting of incidents (virtual campus and email, space reservation portal, app, wifi, mylabs, Office suite download).
- Design and creation of content to energize the information provided to the student (brochures, manuals, and informative posters).
