We want to strengthen our Corporate People Department by incorporating a professional specialized in Talent Management and Development.

The person will integrate into the area responsible for defining the organization's people strategy, models, and policies, contributing to the design of frameworks that allow for the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of the talent necessary to achieve our strategic objectives.

We are looking for a person with a global vision of people management, analytical capacity, and experience in the design of corporate models and policies. Someone who brings ideas, knowledge, and experience to respond to the organization's challenges by driving people's professional development, commitment, and motivation.

What you'll do

You will participate actively in the design, evolution, and improvement of people processes and policies, ensuring their alignment with the organization's strategy, in the following areas:

  • Professional development models, career maps, growth itineraries, and succession plans.

  • Policies and programs for talent attraction, selection, retention, and engagement.

  • Performance evaluation systems, potential identification, and talent management.

  • Training, upskilling, and reskilling models aligned with the future needs of the organization.

  • Compensation, recognition, and incentive policies.

  • Measurement systems for climate, engagement, employee experience, and satisfaction.

  • Competency frameworks, responsibility levels, and professional structures.

  • Initiatives oriented towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Internal Communication

  • Analysis of trends, best practices, and new approaches in people management.

Who you will work with

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of people management models and policies.

  • Experience in corporate People areas, and/or human resources consultancy will be particularly valued.

Knowledge

  • Solid knowledge of trends, methodologies, and best practices in talent management and development.

  • Ability to design models, processes, and tools with organizational impact.

  • Advanced handling of information analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or similar).

  • Experience with people management platforms, especially Workday, will be valued.
