Project Contract Manager

ACCIONA, in its Construction business line, needs to incorporate a Contract Manager for an important Hospital Works project in Barcelona

Mission: Execute the assigned parts of the project within their unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, in order to facilitate compliance with established deadlines and coordinate the necessary resources (human and material), driving the contribution of significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for the analysis and interpretation of the contract, paying special attention to clauses and conditions, for better alignment with the company's interests. They perform an intermediary role between the client and the company, resolving any possible conflicts that may arise during the development of the contract. They control contract compliance by both parties.

• Monitoring and control of the project's contractual obligations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring communications addressed to the Client.
• Preparation of contractual letters, reports, notifications, and responses to formal communications.
• Review of site visit minutes, coordination meetings, monitoring meetings, and governance meetings, ensuring that the agreements reached and the positions of the parties are correctly reflected.
• Monitoring of contractual and technical discrepancies, evaluating their possible impacts on schedule, cost, and execution.
• Documentary control and archiving of all information exchanged with the Client, guaranteeing its traceability, correct classification, and rapid location.
• Coordination with the Production, Technical Office, Cost, and Planning teams for the preparation of contractual responses.
• Monitoring of scope changes, incidents, certifications, claims, and any other matter with contractual repercussions.
• Maintenance of the project's documentary records and version control of the documentation issued and received.
