The role

At Fundación Randstad, we are selecting a person with a disability certificate to work as a recruitment technician.

What you'll do

Manage recruitment processes comprehensively within an assigned region or business unit, from the receipt of the hiring request to the candidate's onboarding.

Posting job openings on various employment portals and specialized platforms.
Active searching and attraction of candidates through various sources, such as job portals, job fairs, foundations, and third-sector associations.
Resume screening, performing the initial analysis of CVs to identify the most suitable profiles.
Conducting phone, online, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates based on the job requirements.
Administering competency and technical assessments, as well as preparing detailed reports on the results.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and the managers of the corresponding departments.
Daily and fluid communication with service managers to ensure the progress of selection processes.
Use of internal platforms and job portals.
Administrative management linked to the selection process.
