Gastronomy at SO/ Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort

👨🍳We are looking for a Kitchen intern with a passion for gastronomy, culinary creativity, and excellence in service. This opportunity will allow you to gain practical experience in the different kitchen areas of the hotel, participating in the preparation, production, and presentation of dishes under the highest quality standards. You will be part of a professional and dynamic team, where you will develop your technical skills, learn how a luxury kitchen operates, and contribute to creating memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

What you'll do

Job description

Support the preparation and production of food according to hotel standards.
Participate in the mise en place of the different kitchen stations.
Collaborate in the presentation and plating of dishes.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and the correct organization of the kitchen.
Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.
Support the reception, storage, and control of raw materials.
Collaborate with the kitchen team during restaurant services, events, and banquets.
