What we're looking for

Experience in commercial support positions, sales administrative management, B2B customer service, or space/showroom coordination.
Proficiency in English (minimum accredited B2 level or equivalent).

The role

Are you passionate about the world of space design, high-level customer service, and operational coordination within a dynamic and international environment?

Accompanying business development in the Balearic Islands, we are incorporating into our Palma de Mallorca Showroom a Showroom Sales Administrator who will provide integral support to the Commercial Manager of the area, combining daily operational management with service to distributors, clients, and specifiers.

What you'll do

You will attend to commercial visits, clients, and specifiers (architecture and interior design studios) who visit the Palma Showroom.
You will coordinate the agenda of activities and corporate events of the Showroom to make the space profitable and invite professionals from the sector.
You will resolve day-to-day operational incidents, performing follow-up with transport agencies for shipment management.
You will manage logistics with the assembly team, organizing the dates and the execution of works at client sites.
You will maintain the Palma Showroom in perfect conditions of order and presentation for the daily operation of the office.
