IT Workplace Technician N2 – Onsite Support

• Training in Computer Science, Systems, Networks, or similar.
• Previous experience of approximately 2-4 years in IT support, Workplace, Helpdesk, or systems, although we will value profiles with more experience if the background is suitable for the position.
• Experience working directly with end users.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Active Directory: users, groups, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience in equipment preparation and configuration.
• Basic networking knowledge: LAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, VPN, cabling, DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management tools.
• Ability to document procedures and technical solutions.
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and the judgment to prioritize incidents.
• Strong communication skills and a user-oriented approach.

• Previous experience in industrial environments, factories, logistics, or production.

At Between Technology, we are looking for an IT Workplace Technician N2 to join a new service in an industrial environment, providing onsite support to users and acting as the IT point of reference at the plant.

The position is 100% onsite in the Astillero area and is intended for a person with previous experience in user support, incident resolution, and workstation management, who can operate with autonomy in their day-to-day tasks.

What will your mission be?

You will be the onsite IT point of reference for the plant users, providing support for workstations, devices, and corporate services, and coordinating with other technical teams when necessary.

Your duties will include:

• Onsite user support and N1/N2 incident resolution.
• Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Preparation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment.
• Management of user onboarding and offboarding, permissions, and access.
• Support for Windows environments and corporate tools.
• Management of Active Directory and user-related services.
• Microsoft 365 support.
• Inventory and stock management of equipment and peripherals.
• Registration, tracking, and resolution of incidents through ticketing tools.
• Basic network support: LAN/WiFi connectivity, cabling, IP, VPN, etc.
• Coordination and escalation of incidents to other technical teams, providers, or support levels.
• Preparation and updating of procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge base.
• Occasional remote support to other users/teams within the service.
• First-level support and tracking of incidents related to applications or systems in the factory environment, performing initial diagnosis and escalation where appropriate.
