The role

What you'll do

Main duties:

- Preparation of maintenance offers:

- Prepare maintenance contract proposals to support the Operations area, ensuring compliance with internal instructions and procedures.

- Recording contracts in SAP:

- Enter the conditions agreed upon between the client and the company into SAP.

- Contract billing:

- Manage the billing of maintenance contracts in SAP, guaranteeing that amounts and commercial agreements are correctly reflected according to the negotiated payment method.
