The role
Do you have administrative experience in the banking sector and are you looking for a new project within a leading financial institution?
We are looking to recruit professionals for different operational areas related to banking products, securities, investment funds, insurance, and pension plans.
What you'll do
Banking Backoffice: Maintenance and management of accounts. Updating client data. Management of operational mailboxes. Account transfers. Administrative and accounting processes.
Securities and Investment Funds: Portfolio management. Transfer of funds and securities between entities. Management of changes in distributors. Administrative processing of investment operations.
Insurance and Pension Plans: Opening and maintenance of pension plans. Management of transfers. Changes in distributors. Administrative operations for insurance and protection products.
How you'll work
Schedule: Monday to Thursday between 8:00h and 17:30h and Friday from 8:00h to 15:00h.
Non-national holidays are worked via a rotating system.
Availability to attend in person whenever the service needs require it.
