The role

At Adecco, we are collaborating with Digital Audimagen, a company specializing in technological and digital solutions that is committed to innovation and excellence in the management of its projects.

We are looking for an Accounting Administrator to reinforce the finance department in Getafe.

What you'll do

The selected person will provide support to the administration and finance area, participating in tasks such as:

Management, review, and accounting of received invoices.
Document control and supplier follow-up.
Support in general accounting and periodic closings.
Review of tax forms, especially Form 303.
Bank reconciliations.
Follow-up and administrative management of daily financial operations.
Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation.
Support to the finance manager in the administrative and accounting tasks of the department.
