At Adecco, we are selecting a Production Administrator to join a dynamic industrial environment. The selected person will be responsible for the management, monitoring, and control of production information, contributing to the smooth running of the plant's daily operations.

What you'll do

Duties

Creation, monitoring, and closing of production orders in ERP.
Entry, validation, and control of production data.
Loading information using Excel and IT management tools.
Verification of the quality and consistency of the recorded data.
Collection of information coming from production.
Coordination with the production and logistics departments.
Support in counts and inventories.
Detection and monitoring of incidents.
Participation in continuous improvement actions for administrative processes.

Requirements

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration or similar.
Experience in administrative positions.
Good level of Excel.
Experience working with ERP is valued.
Own vehicle or the possibility of accessing the workplace located in Mercazaragoza.
Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and orientation towards data quality.
Ability to work in a coordinated manner with production teams.
Availability to work in operations linked to production, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts:

Morning shifts approximately between 05:25 and 17:00 hours.

Afternoon shift from approximately 14:25 to 23:00 hours.

Availability to work one Saturday per month.
