The role

Transit and Transport Administrative Assistant

At Adecco, we are looking for an organized, decisive, and customer-oriented person to join a company located in Palol de Revardit, specialized and a leader in the logistics and transport sector.

What you'll do

Customer service and advice.

Fleet control and monitoring, managing the different collections and deliveries.

Management of goods transport and optimization of routes and displacements.

Preparation of quotes and delivery notes.

Monitoring of deadlines established with clients to guarantee the correct reception of the goods.

Constant coordination with the different departments of the company.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 h to 19:00 h (1h break)
