The role

At Ananda Gestión ETT, we are looking for an administrative assistant to join an industrial sector company located in [localidad], to provide support in order management, delivery notes, and administrative tasks related to transport.

What you'll do

Introduction and management of orders in the company's software program, with initial training provided.
Preparation, review, and management of delivery notes.
Support in administrative tasks related to transport and distribution.
Handling phone calls and managing email.
Updating of data and administrative documentation.
Coordination and monitoring of the department's own procedures.

How you'll work

Availability to work rotating shifts.

We offer

Location: Torrejón de la Calzada.
Contract through Ananda Gestión ETT.
Rotating schedule:

One week from 7:00 to 15:00 h.

Another week from 9:00 to 18:00 h.
