Salary: €9.86 gross per hour

Schedule: From 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.

Initial 3-month contract with Adecco followed by incorporation into the company.

The role

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure efficient service management.

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of shipments and incidents.
Telephone and email customer and driver support.
Control and filing of documentation.
Entering and updating data in the system.
Coordination with different departments to ensure the correct functioning of operations.
