From Fundación Adecco, we are looking for Passenger Service Assistants to join a service company operating at the Port of Barcelona.

As a Passenger Service Assistant, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience for users during boarding and disembarkation processes.

Functions:

- Passenger assistance and information.

- Ticket management, inspection, and validation.

- Access control to boarding areas.

- Coordination of ship arrivals and departures.

- Support in embarkation and disembarkation processes.

- Registration and tracking of service reports.

- Compliance with safety protocols and port operations.

What are we looking for?

- Intermediate level of English, certified with a B1 certificate or higher.

- Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

- Availability to work within the time frame between 04:00 and 01:00.

- Ability to work in a team and customer orientation.

- Responsibility and commitment to compliance with rules and procedures.

- Previous experience in customer service, transportation, tourism, or port environment is valued.

- Possession of the ESO title or higher academic training.
