What you'll do

You will manage early-stage debt files, with a maximum age of 120 days, corresponding to customers who have financed the purchase of a vehicle and have an outstanding payment.

Manage early-stage collection files using an autodialer.
Monitor and control activity through the corporate CRM.
Negotiate payment agreements and offer solutions tailored to each customer.
Ensure the proper updating of information and obtained results.
