What you'll get

We offer:

- Immediate incorporation.

- 100% on-site modality.

- Monday to Thursday: from 08:30 to 14:30 h and from 15:30 to 18:00 h.

- Friday: from 09:00 to 15:00 h.

- Salary of €17,100 gross annual fixed + up to €4,800 annual in incentives.

The role

From Grupo Crit, we are selecting 2 Customer Service Agents for the Collections area for temporary incorporation in a company located in Tomares (Seville).

We are looking for people with experience in telephone customer service, preferably in collections or debt recovery environments, accustomed to maintaining clear, close, and resolute communication.

What you'll do

Main duties:

- Receiving and making calls.

- Information regarding payment status.

- Resolution of inquiries related to billing and collections.

- Negotiation of payment solutions when necessary.

- Follow-up of payment commitments and agreements.

- Management of incidents related to collections.

- Follow-up of management via email and other communication channels.

- Recording and updating information in internal systems.

- Performance of administrative tasks derived from daily management.
