Product Owner / Product Adoption Specialist

We are looking for someone with an interest in digital product management and the adoption of technology solutions, able to connect with users, understand their needs, and promote the use of tools within the organization.

Act as a point of contact between users, business, and technical teams.

Drive the adoption and use of digital products and services.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in international environments.

Previous experience in roles related to digital product, Product Owner, Product Specialist, Product Adoption, or similar.

Profiles with less experience who have had exposure to product management or digital transformation will also be considered.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Ability to build trust, convey ideas clearly, and interact with different stakeholders.

Proactive attitude, user-focused mindset, and willingness to learn.

Advanced English level (C1 or above), mandatory. The language will be used regularly in international meetings, documentation, and communications.

Experiencia previa en funciones relacionadas con producto digital, Product Owner, Product Specialist, Product Adoption o similares.

También se valorarán perfiles con menor experiencia que hayan tenido contacto con gestión de producto o transformación digital.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación e influencia.

Capacidad para generar confianza, transmitir ideas de forma clara y relacionarse con diferentes interlocutores.

Actitud proactiva, orientación al usuario y ganas de aprender.

Nivel de inglés alto (C1 o superior), imprescindible. El idioma se utilizará de forma habitual en reuniones, comunicaciones y documentación internacional.
