From Adecco, we are collaborating with a leading company in the professional beauty sector to recruit a Sales Representative for the Barcelona area and surrounding regions. Your mission will be to drive commercial growth, strengthen client relationships, and reinforce the positioning of a premium brand in hair salons.

What you'll do

-Achieve the sales targets established for the assigned area.

-Carry out product demonstrations in hair salons.

-Provide commercial training to boost sales at the point of distribution.

-Plan and communicate your commercial activity efficiently.

-Advise clients from a strategic and business perspective.

-Prepare daily activity and results reports.

-Actively participate in sales meetings, proposing promotions and strategies.

-Analyze the market and the competition, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

-Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably with premium brands or in the professional beauty sector.

-Essential: Driver's license and availability to travel throughout the area of Tarragona, Lleida, Barcelona and its metropolitan area, and the Barcelona Maresme coastal corridor (Mataró, Calella, Pineda)

-Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Strong results orientation and a strong commitment to customer service.

-Knowledge and proficiency in using social media as a commercial tool.

-Training in hairdressing, aesthetics, or commerce (Higher Degree) will be valued.
