Adecco Group is currently looking for a temporary HR Sales Consultant whose mission will be to develop the market and increase new clients in the Adecco Madrid branch. We are looking for people who want to undertake a challenging project!

How will you be able to carry it out?

By having direct contact with client companies, being their best partners when offering the best services in HR matters: direct recruitment, temporary staffing, and training. Without a doubt, everything you are going to learn will make you grow personally and professionally!

Responsibilities:

If you are the selected person, you will be in charge of carrying out the following functions:

- You will develop the commercial action plan for companies located in your area.

- You will drive the sale of our services through calls and both scheduled and unscheduled visits to active and potential clients.

- You will be able to negotiate and prepare budgets, controlling the profitability of each operation and getting the best benefit from your work.

- You will collaborate in a team alongside your Office Manager and Recruitment Consultants to guarantee the best service and satisfaction for your clients.
