The role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager with experience in the audiovisual sector to manage and develop key accounts nationwide, based in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have advanced sales skills, in-depth knowledge of the audiovisual sector, and the ability to close strategic agreements.

What you'll do

Manage and develop a portfolio of key clients in the audiovisual sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Negotiate and close strategic commercial agreements to meet sales targets.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare commercial activity reports and market analysis.
Participate in trade shows and events to promote the company's services.
Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
Propose strategies for continuous improvement in commercial processes.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in commercial roles within the audiovisual sector.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and close strategic agreements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the audiovisual sector.
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in office software and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within Madrid and surrounding areas.
