About the role

Are you looking for a permanent job as a Service Station Manager, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in the Baix Llobregat Nord area?

Would you like to lead a team and take responsibility for the overall management of a station offering various services aimed especially at professional transport and large vehicles?

What you'll do

You will lead and organize an initial team of 4-5 people.

You will plan schedules and shifts, ensuring that the team and services are always properly covered.

You will supervise the daily operations of the station, including the shop, cafeteria, car washes, and fuel supply.

You will handle cash control, stock, and inventories.

You will manage relationships with suppliers and supervise fuel deliveries and offloads.

You will assist customers and resolve any issues that may arise.

You will ensure that the station is clean, tidy, and in perfect working order, coordinating the resolution of breakdowns when necessary.

You will monitor commercial campaigns and established sales targets.

What you'll get
