A well-known food industry company with an international presence and a commitment to quality at every stage of its production process is looking to add a food production line manager to its team at its site in Alcalá de Xivert, Castellón. The organization has facilities on three continents and operates under the highest quality certification standards.

Main duties

Responsibilities of the position include

Oversee the proper operation of the production line, ensuring that the quality and efficiency standards established by the company are met.

Coordinate and supervise a team of between 70 and 75 people, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Prepare work plans for the line, distributing tasks and resources optimally.

Guide and support the team in their daily duties, offering direction and solutions in the event of any unforeseen issues.

Identify areas for improvement in production processes and propose corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the workplace.

Actively collaborate during periods of high demand, showing willingness and ability to adapt to peak workloads.

Prepare production reports and analyses to inform management about line performance.

Participate in team training and development, ensuring that everyone has the tools needed to carry out their duties.
