Line Manager

Ensure that the production process is executed correctly and coordinate the people performing it. 

• Startup of the production lines. 
• Startup and checking of all the machines that make up the lines. 
• Knowledge of customer specifications. 
• Knowledge of farms, preparations, and varieties.
• Verifies that before the start of production, all operators are at their stations with their machines running. 
• Direct and fluid communication with all operators on the lines. 
• Monitors the order during production. 
• Performs order changes. 
• Responsible for ensuring that at the start of production, everything is on time, with the necessary materials, and in communication with the forklift drivers who feed the lines. 
• Verify all points regarding the completion of the order, such as box numbers, correct labeling, and palletizing.
• Knowledge of SAP transactions for production orders. 
• Knowledge of the functions of the Objetive and Serfruit screens. 
• Control of statistics/reports. 
• Responsible for the training of new hires, including both line leaders and new notifiers, discriminators, packers, and handlers.

• A capable person with knowledge of the complete production process on the lines, the correct functioning of the machines that compose them, and customer specifications.
• SAP training

A person with the ability to listen and express themselves clearly and directly, responsible, and with the ability to manage people, analyze an incident, and process it.
