Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
Consolidated experience in accounting and the full accounting cycle.
Experience in accounting closings and financial reporting preparation.
Ability to interpret and analyze balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Interest and/or experience in controlling, financial analysis, and KPI monitoring.
Proficiency in some financial ERP (SAP, Dynamics, Navision/Business Central, Sage, Oracle, etc.).
Minimum B2 level of English, with the ability to operate in a professional environment.
Good level of Excel and ability to work with financial data.
Availability and ability to commute to the workplace.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

Management of the full accounting cycle.
Recording and supervision of accounting operations.
Bank reconciliations and review of accounting accounts.
Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Preparation and analysis of balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Preparation of financial and management reporting.
Analysis of variances and evolution of the main financial items.
Monitoring of income, costs, and expenses.
Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Preparation of KPIs and financial indicators.
Collaboration with the controlling area in the analysis of results and decision-making.
Identification of possible variances, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.
Participation in financial process and procedure improvement projects.
Collaboration with audits and other internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
