Aesthetics Center Assistant Manager

Joining a consolidated and growing center in the center of Barcelona.

Stable contract directly with the final company.

Schedule from Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM with a lunch break and Saturday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM

Salary 28,000€-30,000€ + quarterly objectives to be negotiated

Reference center in aesthetics and beauty, we are looking for a deputy center manager who combines leadership, commercial orientation, and a passion for the customer experience. Main duties:

-Get the best out of your team: lead, motivate, and keep them focused on the center's objectives.

-Promote sales and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.

-Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize center occupancy.

-Manage incidents and conflicts (clients and team), taking care of the work environment.

-Analyze commercial and operational KPIs, and propose improvement actions.

-Coordinate the daily operation of the center so that the operational flow works correctly.

-Support management in decision-making and continuous improvement.

Experience in team management, ideally in aesthetics, health, wellness, or retail.

Commercial profile, motivated to sell and achieve objectives.

Leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving.

Familiarity with KPIs for decision-making.

Excellent communication and people management skills.

Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a focus on the customer.

Incorporación a un centro consolidado y en crecimiento en el centro de Barcelona.

Contrato estable directo con empresa final.

Horario de martes a viernes de 11h a 20.00h con hora comida y sábado de 9 a 16.30h

Salario 28.000€-30.000€ + objetivos trimestrales a negociar

Funciones principales:

-Sacar lo mejor de tu equipo: liderarlo, motivarlo y mantenerlo enfocado en los objetivos del centro.

-Promover las ventas y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.

-Optimizar la gestión de agenda para maximizar la ocupación del centro.

-Gestionar incidencias y conflictos (clientes y equipo), cuidando el clima laboral.

-Analizar KPIs comerciales y operativos, y proponer acciones de mejora.

-Coordinar el funcionamiento diario del centro para que el flujo operativo funcione correctamente.

-Apoyar a dirección en la toma de decisiones y en la mejora continua.

Experiencia en gestión de equipos, idealmente en estética, salud, bienestar o retail.

Perfil comercial, que te motive vender y cumplir objetivos.

Liderazgo, capacidad organizativa y resolución de problemas.

Manejo habitual de KPIs para la toma de decisiones.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de personas.

Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y con foco en el cliente.
