The role

Do you have experience in customer service and team management?

At Adecco, we are looking for Event Floor Staff to provide support at congresses, fairs, and corporate events. If you are a dynamic person, with a customer orientation and the ability to work in a team, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Important: Contracts will be made based on event availability, so we are looking for people with schedule flexibility and availability to join different projects throughout the year.Main functions:

Organization of the floor team.

Supervision of the correct development of activities.

Customer service, resolving doubts and incidents effectively.

Coordination with the various teams involved in the event to guarantee a quality service.

Support in basic assembly and disassembly tasks of material when necessary.

Guaranteeing compliance with established safety and customer service protocols.

Incident resolution.
