We are looking for a Budget Management and Merchandising Technician for events.

Marketing budget management

• Processing of all invoices associated with the marketing budget, both through the Ariba tool and by payment order to the accounting department
• Control of budget items and provisions
• Assignment of cost centers to each expense
• Monthly review of expenses with accounting
• Management of annual orders through Ariba in coordination with Purchasing

Coordination of merchandising orders for events

• Support in the management and control of stock material for events
• Requesting material from the different approved suppliers
• Sending and tracking of merchandising material
• Management of surplus material collection and feedback
