We are looking for a generalist personnel administration and labor relations technician who can comprehensively manage the company's labor and personnel administration area, ensuring compliance with current regulations and contributing to the success of projects.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead important processes, such as payroll preparation, contract management, and coordination with official bodies.
Additionally, you will be in contact with different areas of the organization, which will allow you to develop a global vision of the company's internal operations.
What you'll do
The duties you will perform include:
-Comprehensively manage the labor and personnel administrative area, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and Social Security regulations.
-Prepare and manage payroll, including registrations, terminations, variations, sick leave (IT), and sector-specific supplements.
-Perform Social Security management through tools such as the RED System and SILTRA, including registrations, terminations, and the submission of social security filings.
-Prepare employment contracts and their extensions, adapting them to the General Collective Agreement of the Construction Sector and to project needs.
-Calculate and control IRPF withholdings, as well as submit forms 111 and 190 to the Tax Agency.
-Carry out the calculation and control of personnel costs, with special attention to construction budgets and the allocation of labor by cost center.
-Manage settlements, dismissals, and indemnities.
-Supervise work calendars, vacations, overtime, and the recording of the working day.
-Coordinate business activities (CAE) and offer labor advice to subcontractors.
-Maintain a fluid and efficient relationship with external management firms or labor consultancies, if necessary.
-Update and apply the corresponding sectoral and provincial collective agreements.
-Attend labor inspections and manage requirements from official bodies such as the TGSS, SEPE, and the Tax Agency.
-Collaborate in the document management related to Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), in coordination with the prevention technical staff.
-Participate in the subrogation of personnel between works, if required.
