You will participate actively in the management, evolution, and improvement of people administration processes, ensuring their correct application and alignment with the organization's regulations and policies, in aspects such as:

We want to strengthen our Corporate People Department by incorporating a professional specialized in People Administration and Labor Management.

The person will join the team responsible for ensuring the correct administrative and labor management of the organization's people, ensuring compliance with current regulations, process quality, and the continuous improvement of people administration services.

We are looking for a person with a solid technical base in labor administration, a global vision of people administrative management processes, and a service orientation. Someone who brings knowledge, rigor, and analytical capacity to contribute to the evolution of processes, guaranteeing an excellent experience for people and offering support to the organization in all matters related to labor administration.

Who you will work with

You will regularly interact with:

  • People Department management and team.

  • Other corporate and business departments.

  • Labor advisory firms, Social Security, SEPE, and other official bodies.

  • External providers specialized in labor administration and people management solutions.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people administration and labor management functions.

  • Experience in improvement projects and digitalization of people administration processes will be valued.

Knowledge

  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, hiring, contributions, and personnel administration.

  • Experience in payroll processes and incident management, although not necessarily performing the full payroll calculation.
