HR Generalist Technician

We are looking for a person:

• With training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
• With previous experience in generalist HR positions or personnel/human resources administration.
• With the ability to work across different areas and take on varied responsibilities.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• With good communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
• With autonomy, initiative, and a focus on internal service.
• With an aptitude for learning and using management tools and applications.
• With good command of office tools, especially Excel.

Experience in recruitment, training, and/or OHS will be valued.

We are looking to add to our team a Generalist Human Resources Technician, with a dynamic, organized, and versatile profile, who wants to grow in an environment where they will have contact with different areas of the organization.

The selected candidate will take part in different processes within the People area, combining functions in recruitment, training, occupational risk prevention, and administrative management, as well as support tasks for purchasing or stock management.

What will your duties be?

Human Resources

• Participation in staff recruitment processes, from posting job offers and screening CVs to coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
• Support in the onboarding and welcome processes for new hires.
• Management and updating of employee documentation and databases.
• Support in different administrative processes related to people management.

Education

• Support in the management and coordination of training activities.
• Management of calls, registrations, documentation, and follow-up of training.

Occupational Risk Prevention

• Support in administrative management related to OHS.
• Monitoring and updating of preventive documentation.
• Coordination and follow-up of medical check-ups, training, and documentation related to prevention, in collaboration with the prevention service.

Administrative support and management

• Administrative support to the department and other areas of the organization.
• Management of purchases and orders associated with the department's needs.
• Control and management of stock and materials, ensuring their availability and proper organization.
• Recording and updating information in internal management systems.
• Use of different corporate programs and applications for process and documentation management.
• Preparation of reports, data tracking, and other administrative tasks linked to the position.
