Requirements

What we're looking for

Advanced level of Excel.

Nice to have

Experience in migration, parameterization, and data uploading of clients into A3NOM will be positively valued.

The role

At Adecco Selección, we are collaborating with an important Law Firm located in Madrid, which is looking for two Labor and Payroll Technicians to join their team on a permanent basis.

If you have experience in integral payroll management, you master A3NOM, and you enjoy providing labor advisory services to clients, this could be your next professional opportunity!

What you'll do

You will be responsible for the integral management of payroll and labor advisory for a client portfolio, ensuring compliance with labor obligations and offering a close, agile, and high-quality service.

Management of the complete payroll cycle, administering a volume of approximately 250-300 monthly payrolls.
Management and monitoring of a portfolio of approximately 60-80 clients.
Preparation of payroll, settlements, and final liquidations.
Management of social security, including registrations, cancellations, and variations in Social Security.
Processing and resolution of incidents related to personnel administration.
Labor advisory to clients regarding hiring, payroll, labor regulations, and Social Security.
Management and updating of labor data using A3NOM.
Collaboration in the optimization and automation of payroll processes.

How you'll work

Usual schedule:

Monday to Thursday: from 8:30 to 18:00 h. Friday: from 8:00 to 15:00 h.

Intensive working day from 8:00 to 15:00 h during August and the first week of September.
