What are we looking for?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
Vocational training (FP) or higher education (Superior) in systems administration.
Windows and Linux.
Microsoft Office 365 and office productivity tools.
Microcomputing and TCP/IP networks.
Skills: organization, proactivity, user/client orientation, effective communication, and rigor in processes.
Availability for on-call shifts (morning and afternoon).

Nice to have

Will be valued

Experience with remote support platforms.
Incident management and process documentation.

The role

At Adecco, we are collaborating with a modern and established tech company in Málaga to hire an IT Systems Technician for the Support team. If you are passionate about technology and helping users ensure everything runs smoothly, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Your mission

Provide IT support to company staff in all areas related to systems, ensuring users work without incidents. Additionally, you will participate in on-call shifts according to the work schedule.

What will you do?

User support: office, production, and remote.
User management and configuration in: Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and internal platforms (Aircall, Issabel (Asterisk), HubSpot, Monday...).
Configuration and maintenance of work equipment.
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
Logging, inventory, and reporting in the ticketing tool.
Management of material purchases and software licenses.
